Temple Date
Luke told my dad today, "Papa, my mom is going to the temple but she is not getting married." Oh he cracks me up. It was such a great day with Remii at the temple. It is just nice to get away and feel the spirit. We feel so close to each other in the temple. And we also had a great day with the boys afterwards, eating Papa Murphey's pizza, relaxing, and watching Elf. Its the small and simple things in life that make me happy.

Joining the Wolf Pack
Ben was so excited to start cub scouts! We had our first den meeting tonight and he had so much fun. They talked about respect tonight and how to respect and care for the flag. They also decorated these cute little Christmas trees. Ben has already memorized the scout promise, and can't wait for the winter camp they have coming up.

FHE
Remii wanted to start getting into a routine of having family night every Monday. My boys have loved it and it has been a lot of fun for our family. I also love hearing Remii teach my boys about the gospel. His testimony is amazing and he makes me a better person. I just love him! I am praying everyday for my temple D to go through faster!
One of the best parts of FHE.... The dessert! I made this mini cheesecakes, and they are only 100 cals. :)

Happy Halloween!
I have had so much going on lately and no time that I put off getting Ben and Luke costumes until the day of Halloween! Ya that was not a good idea. They were pretty much out of everything everywhere. Luke wanted to be Dracula and Ben wanted to be Frankenstein. Luckily Remii came to my rescue and helped me put together their costumes and he painted their faces. He did a great job! We started our trick-or-treating at Southtown mall so I could say hi to my VS friends and show my boys off. My boys actually loved it! After we were done we headed to my brothers in Draper to see cute little "Pabs" and we hit up all of the enormous houses on the hill. The boys had so much fun and it was such a fun Halloween!

Missionaries
Since Ben is getting baptized next week, someone gave me the idea to have the missionaries come and teach Ben about baptism. They came over and taught him three different times and it was such a great way for our home to be filled with the spirit that the missionaries bring. They taught him in such a fun way to help him better understand the principles of baptism. He loved the experience and I definitely recommend it to anyone who has an 8 year old preparing for baptism.

Luke turned 4!
I can't believe my cute little Lukie bug is 4! We just love him to pieces. He kept saying to us, My birthday is in tomorrow, and I'm gunna be 4 and bigger than a baby! He says the cutest things and is so much fun to have around. He chose to go to Planet Pizza for his birthday, and also got the motorcycle he asked for, but of coarse it was missing a part so we will have to wait for the part to be shipped.

Heritage Park
We took the boys to Heritage Park because Ben didn't have homework. It is such a fun place to go. The boys got to go on a Pony Ride and a train ride, and also learn about some pioneer history. Then we took them for pizza afterwards at Litza's Pizza.

Ben turned 8!
Ben turned 8 on Monday and I can't believe it! I feel like I am getting old! Ben is such an awesome kid and I am so proud of him everyday. He is also such a smart kid and his teacher said that he is the smartest in the class and finishes first every time. I love him so much! We celebrated his birthday at his favorite place, Nickel Cade. He invited his best bud Gage from school. He ended up winning a ton of tickets while we were there, and his gifts this year included a microscope, books, a space set, an erector set, a paper guitar, and a new game for his PS3. We had so much fun celebrating with him!
